Supported LimeWire’s rebrand and platform relaunch by repositioning it as a legitimate, creator-first music and digital collectibles platform, focused on securing exclusive intellectual property to differentiate the offering and expand audio catalogue access. This included negotiating platform-native exclusive releases with artists such as Bhad Bhabie, Omarion, Sean Kingston, Asian Doll, Young M.A and Cat Dealers, advising on label-grade rights strategy and deal structures, and aligning LimeWire’s NFT and licensing model with major-label requirements. The approach enabled successful exclusive launches with NFTs sold to thousands of consumers and contributed to a strategic partnership with Universal Music Group, significantly expanding catalogue access and establishing LimeWire’s credibility at launch.
